The law states that the package must be ‘furnished,’ so payment is not clear. NRED has told me that they want it paid for also, not only furnished by the Seller. Call NRED at 486 4030 if you need a hammer, they have helped out many agents in this predicament. The law is not an easy one. It give the buyer an OUT, but not really a way to enforce. This information still leaves me without an answer to a question.
What if the seller or representing agent does not want to pay or provide for the Re-sale Package as is most of the case ? Who then should provide and pay for it ? Thank you.
